What is the process to purchase wholesale?
The process to become a wholesaler is very easy! All you have to do is fill out a short wholesale application and we will respond within 1-2 days if you are approved. At that time, we will send you our wholesale catalog and you'll be ready to order!
Do I need to sell in a brick & mortar shop to sell your products?
No. We primarily focus on partnering with brick & mortar shops, but also offer opportunities for churches, schools, and girl scout troops to purchase our jewelry at a wholesale price to use as a fundraiser.
How often do you update your inventory with new products?
We release new designs on a quarterly basis, sending a "new arrivals" catalog every March, June, September, and December. We always welcome special requests or ideas when it comes to designs - let us know what you're interested in.
How long is the turnaround time for processing?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders will usually have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks for processing. If the timeline will extend past 2-3 weeks, we will reach out to you with an updated timeline.
